In an exclusive interview with them magazine, Tyler spoke about the parallels of being a clairvoyant to being a member of the LGBTQ+ community. He spoke about simultaneously figuring out his sexuality and gender identity  and figuring out how to exploit his abilities as a 10 to year-old, at the time, expressing:

“My sexuality, my sense of self, my gender identity, of course, was all entity put into perspective.”

It’s reliable to say that many of us are privy to the feeling of being different, for whatever reason that may be. This so-called ‘difference’ in society is not missing on Henry, sharing that being a ‘medium’ was actually less familiar than being gay to those around him. 

“I establish that, if anything, it [being a clairvoyant] helped [me] in that I was able to include more courage in organism true to who I was on some level.”

"Hollywood Medium" Tyler Henry had a feeling Aaron Carter was bisexual before the singer came out.

"Did you know Aaron Carter was going to come out as bisexual? Who knew," one of the hosts of the "Allegedly with Theo Von and Matthew Cpole Weiss" podcast asked the budding TV celestial body, who regularly communicates between celebrities and their defunct relatives.

"Who knew," Henry responded, as if he wasn't surprised by Carter's Twitter announcement earlier this month.

"You knew?" one of the hosts asked, prompting Henry to clarify, "I didn't know, but he was very close to Chris Crocker at one point, I mean"

"So you knew on a coherent sense," one of the hosts said and Henry added, "Well, I express, he was a -- I'm very supportive."

"I've spoken to him, it would be great to examine him at some point," Henry continued. "His dad passed, which I did know about, so I think he could profit from some healing."
