Sauna Babylonia

Daniele C.I visited this establishment during my weekend in Prague and establish it average. Cleanliness and atmosphere vary a lot depending on the afternoon, which is to be expected. I'm not commenting on that. What’s not acceptable is the owner's utter arrogance, particularly when responding to reviews. Instead of taking justified feedback - enjoy the repeated petition for card payment options - into consideration, he prefers to deliver unsolicited lectures on Czech business law. Nobody cares. A uncomplicated "we're considering introducing it, please approach visit us again" would be enough for basic politeness. I won’t be returning. They just don't know much English (wtf, i know) but the crowd is usually international and the most people are doing satisfactory there. Hygiene got better during the time. They made some changes after lockdown and it is cleaner than used to be. And I know how ugly saunas sometimes are in London or Germany. The top crowd is there for the Friday foam party. Saturday is fine too and somewhat sunday. Weekdays are bad. In comparison with European standard the behave
